a neighborhood cocktail bar inspired by the American southwest
In 1931, Georgia O'Keeffe created a painting called Cow’s Skull with Calico Roses. It represented the stark elegance of life as she experienced it through her years in the New Mexican alpine desert.
Bar Calico takes its name from this painting, and its flavors from the bold and arid landscapes she was immersed in.
