Influenced by Georgia O’ Keeffe’s life and works, our menu highlights the Southwest spirits and flavors of her New Mexican community

STORYTIME

Once upon a time, Georgia O’Keeffe was married to Alfred Stieglitz, the first gallerist to show her work in NYC. After a brief honeymoon, her legacy ultimately eclipsed his. These two cocktails are an homage to the complicated and lingering effects of relationships.

Women’s History Month

For the month of March, Bar Calico will be serving the “Dissenting Opinion” cocktail, a mix of Harridan Vodka, Ume Plum Liqueur and Lemon.

For every cocktail sold, $3 will be donated to the Brigid Alliance, a non profit providing abortion access.

Sotol

A Northern Mexican distillate made from a desert shrub, Sotol is smoky, earthy, and bright. Best served neat but also enjoy it on the rocks with our very own  New Mexican chile salt and blood orange.
